In the  southern part of  Namibia, about 232 km from Windhoek at the Fish River.
Huntable area about 37.500 ha, partly  fenced game proof (Game Ranch).
Game species/Hunting offer: Baboon, Blesbok, Caracal, Duicker, Cape Eland, Gemsbok (Oryx), Giraffe, Red Hartebeest, Common Impala, Black-backed Jakal, Greater Kudu, Ostrich, Springbok, Steenbok, Warthog, Waterbuck, Black Wildebeest, Blue Wildebeest, Burchell's Zebra, Hartmann's (Mountain) Zebra, Sable Antelope, Nyala.
Special features: Gras Hunting Ranch was built up in the year 1906 by the German pioneer Woermann. The living- and ranch-house was renovated in the last years by Arie and Jannie Spangenberg very extensively and tastefully. All guest rooms are in their original condition and the charm of the colonial-time remained gotten, nevertheless you don't need to give up any comfort. You feel familiarly picked up  on the ranch, the kitchen and the service know how to fill excellently also pampered Europeans with enthusiasm, native beef-specialties and game are served with exquisite South African wines.
Fishing: Whenever the season  makes it  possible, a lot of fish-species can be caught in the fish-river, that flows 20 km through our ranch. You are guided to the best places by our professional hunt-companions where major catches are achieved again and again.
Outdoor: We can offer a multiplicity of interesting leisure time-possibilities for hunters also  for non-hunting accompanies: Hike at the fish-river within the ranch in company of a leader. You can photograph or film  the different animal and plant world on our ranch. We like to organize for you  trips to Windhoek, Sossuvlei, Swakopmund, Etosha National Park or  at the Skeleton Coast
